SHIPPING POLICY

All items from Aster and Daffodil are handmade and I work within a 6-8 week turnaround on all items.

Delivery is to the UK only.

All items are shipped tracked via Royal Mail. You can choose tracked 24 or tracked 48 when checking out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are handmade to order, so should you change your mind please let us know as soon as possible.

Change of mind or exchanges - you must notify me within 14 days of receiving goods.

And these should be returned in original condition and packaging with tags still attached.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible so that I can arrange a return and like for like exchange.
